Standard shipping for oversized equipment typically takes 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking link and a scheduled delivery window via our freight partners.

What is your return policy for watersports gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, used technical diving gear or inflated boards cannot be returned.

Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all Poseidon Watersports equipment comes with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

How do I choose the right size wetsuit or life jacket?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for wetsuits to ensure full range of motion.

Do you offer international shipping?
